Our stay at a hotel in the heart of the city was perfect for New Year's Eve celebrations. We appreciated the warm and welcoming staff who offered complementary snacks and drinks on arrival and during our stay. The hotel's location was ideal for exploring the nearby attractions and famous food scene. The room was comfortable and clean, perfect for a restful stay after long nights of entertainment.
The absence of an in-room coffee and tea station was missed, but the availability of fresh coffee and tea in the lobby eased the disappointment. Additionally, the noise from the street was audible throughout the night and disturbed our sleep slightly.

Fantastic vibe and trendy decor. Perfect for a weekend gateway with a young ambience. The location is superb, walking distance from great shopping and dining areas. Loved the friendly and helpful staff. Complementary welcome snacks added a delightful touch.
Our room was poorly lit. The bathroom amenities weren't great. The pool area was quite busy with guests struggling to find seating. The room didn't have an iron which was odd, and the concierge wasn't very useful.

The hotel location was great, walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
Unfortunately, I had a few negative experiences during my stay. The bathroom was not cleaned properly and there was no hot water for my morning shower. Additionally, the noise from the adjoining rooms and hallway was very loud, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Excellent style, fantastic location. Truly enjoyed that they had onsite restaurant Cafe No Se, no need to go somewhere else. Excellent place for exploring Austin.

Wonderful setting, friendly staff.
By and large, it was excellent place for sightseeing in Austin, had much fun. Liked that a minibar, a personal safe and flat-screen TV were included. Got wake up service free of charge, not bad too.
